3^RD Generation Mortgages is a mortgage company devoted to creating a loan that is unique and perfectly suited to each individual borrower. We work with dozens of lenders in order to provide the most complete range of options to our customers. Each lender varies as to their niche loan programs and our mortgage consultants are thoroughly trained to choose the one that is right for each borrower.

3G’s President, Michael Favor, started the company three years ago with the idea that a mortgage company can offer top of the line service while being 100% honest, open and upfront with its customers. That commitment to honesty has come to be rare in the industry and Michael is absolutely certain that it is the very thing that has led to 3G’s enormous success.
